I wonder if the rest has improved their approach or will take a few weeks to get back to their mediocre level previously offered? Whistle

Why use an LR main dealer? They charge more and do poor work. Go indy and support guys who know what they're doing and, just as importantly, care about your vehicle. Use a main dealer and you're paying for the big shiny building and a bloke with an expensive Snap-On toolkit that he cares more about than your vehicle. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Excellent indy just north of Aylesbury. Fully open and will either provide a loan vehicle of collect/deliver service.

Thanks for the recommendations on the non-franchised dealers - plan to use them from next year - got a good price for the 5 year service.

1st customer at LR Buckinghamshire this morning for a service - first experience of Lookers - glad to say all went well - great front of house staff, excellent social distancing measures and great chat with Jag Tech (from Amersham) Ash, who serviced the car.

Stay safe everyone.

Prashan, was this your 5th year/80k service?

If so, does your online service history show the dynamic response fluid change part?

I ask as mine went in for the 5th year service as part of the service plan today, and that is not listed on my online service history or the paper copy.

Thanks MY16 RRS 3.0 SDV6 HSE Dynamic

Hi - sorry for the very late reply - checked my online history - sadly it doesn't include that either

Thanks - at least I'm not the only one!
Though it does make you wonder if they decided to skip it to save costs... MY16 RRS 3.0 SDV6 HSE Dynamic
