So it looks like my sport days have finished already literally not even 24hrs of ownership and its went out this morning to check my workshop is ok car was absolutely amazing to drive then on the way home I had an error msg come up somthing like system engine fault it felt like it ran out of diesel but manage to coast to the side of the road so I went and got some juice and it still wouldn't start turning over great but nothing rac came and tried but nothing it looks like the fuel pump has gone maybe
The report says
Injector control pressure to low
Fuel pressure regulator excessive variation

So that's it the dealer is having it back I've lost confidence in the car I should have gone for the sc after all lol

It’s 13 or 14 years old. Not sure what you were expecting! Just replace the fuel pump. If you replace enough parts it’ll be as good as new  L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso

That's unfortunate, especially after only a few hours of ownership. Sorry to hear about it.

If you like the vehicle, let the dealer fix it, then get back in it and enjoy it.

Lets face it, the fuel pump could go on any car, be it a SC or not... Kev

Chin up , it’s man made and things break. It is unfortunate that you’ve only had it minutes but get the dealer to fix it. This could be the only fault you may have for some time.......  2006 2.7 TDV6 HSE in Cairns Blue.

Better it fails ASAP and not the day after the dealer warranty runs out. To be honest you should give it some beans in the first few days to find all these bugs. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

Did it really run out of fuel. If yes they need a lot of fuel to get them going

Hi guys
No it didnt run out of fuel it just felt like it it's got about 15ltr in it the gauge is showing around half a tank I'm glad it's done it now and not on the way to our holiday
Anyway it's being picked up in the morning the dealer is having it back full refund not a good start at all returning to the land rover clan

2hrs of ownership I blew 2 tyres with 45k on the car, replaced the tyres, good as new and has been some what trouble free. Expect the unexpected with a Land Rover! 2018 Telsa MS
