2019 Sport Tailgate Opens Randomly

Twice now my Sport tailgate has randomly opened on its own, the car remained locked the indicators flash and it opens.

The only two times this has happened the car has been reversed onto my drive which is quite steep it has never happened when ive parked forward.

Has anyone any ideas on this?

Is the 2019 RRS model safe from key scanners i read somewhere the keys cant be scanned is this correct?

how far away are the keys from the car, maybe a stupid idea but perhaps the rain water is setting off the gesture tailgate feature

The keys where about 6ft away so suppose there could be something in you thinking, however second time it happened it wasn’t raining but suppose a cat could of walked under bumper.

Would the dealer diag tell what triggered this.

Does anyone know if the 2019 Sport keys are scannable?
