Scanned the internet and can’t find a definitive answer, will my 2005 (pre March06) RRS remain in band K or jump to band M under the new rules?

I don’t think it’s retrospective so should remain in the same bracket however it won’t stop the increase in charge if they want to. 2012 5.0 SC AB
