2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 Autobiography Fuji White

oil change

Well seing as im a bit steady today I thought id change the oil,even though ive only done 2583 since it was done at main dealer on the 13/09/19 I suppose £60 for the oil is cheaper than a engine,i only did the oil as the filter was done by main dealer.Oil used as below.

The last time I bought Castrol C1 oil, I bought a 20 litre small drum direct from a distributor because it worked out cheaper than buying the 5l bottles from the motor factors.

was picking up some parts just after Christmas at local Land Rover dealer and what did i see inside the parts store.... a Box of Shell Helix cans 5 litre ....
obvioulsy its perfectly good oil.... but not what i expected to see in the dealers. 2007 TDV6 RRS HSE..now gone

2012 Range Rover Sport Supercharged HSE Baltic Blue

The L320's annual service due next month even though it's only covered less than 7000 miles since last time. Looked today about ordering more Shell Helix Ultra Professional AF 5W-20. Last year paid £52.99 for 10 litres from Eurocarpart. Hopefully this year will be roughly the same. There is no replacement for displacement - W O Bentley
