Deal done for 2017 svr today.

Went and looked at a SVR on saturday that the first owner had gone a bit mad with on options when ordered new with no interest in buying it but as the dealer keeps ringing me asking if I'm interested in a newer car as I've owned mine 3 years now I thought I would go and waste there time. After a quick test drive I found it drives so much better than my L320 Autobiography and the noise of that V8 😎
Place a holding fee on it to go away and think about it as wasn't looking to change cars when I turned up to look.

That was a very expensive test drive as today the deal was all finalised and collecting the car on the 1st.

Hope it's as good as it felt on 10 minute test drive and I don't regret parting with my economical diesel for a gas guzzling petrol. Lol 😂 2017 SVR. SVO Scafell grey Ebony interior

New Zealand 2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography Santorini Black

Not quite the same, but did buy my old 5.0L A/B on the spur of the moment and that was 6 years ago and still have it, and sod the fuel. Thumbs Up

Cheers

Fuel won't be much of an issue as my current diesel has only done 14k miles since picking it up 3 years ago. If I did loads of miles then I probably wouldn't of looked at a 5.0 v8 supercharged. Could be expensive for the first couple of months with the new toy bit and wanting to use it as much as possible Lol 😂 2017 SVR. SVO Scafell grey Ebony interior

No pictures yet as none on the LR dealer site of the car and I didn't think to take any until I had driven away. Not collecting till the 1st Feb. 2017 SVR. SVO Scafell grey Ebony interior

Sounds great. What options does the car have?

Extra cost Options wise it has
Svo special paint. Scafell grey
Meridian signature stereo upgrade
Soft close doors
Head up display
Opening pan roof.
The self parking pack whatever that's called
Adaptive headlights
Electric side steps
22" wheel upgrade
Plus all the stuff that became standard on the 2017 cars.

Their is probably a load more stuff but that's the bits I can remember. It looked like the first owner got carried away with ticking the options list as the dealer said it was nearly £120k when they sold it new.
Big loss for them and a bonus for me as high spec cars don't seem to be worth much more on the used car market than lower spec cars. 2017 SVR. SVO Scafell grey Ebony interior

2005 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Java Black

Well done! Enjoy, they are great cars. I picked up a 2016 in December and the noise is addictive!

Looking forward to a picture, Scafell Grey is extremely rare - currently only 2 on sale across the pond. I've never seen a clear picture of Scafell Grey, I've heard it's a mix of grey and light brown? Sounds lovely Thumbs Up 2020 SVR / R.I.P. 2019 SVR / 2016 D4 Landmark / 2005 D3 HSE

SVO describes it as plum grey turning to a cool dark grey.

When I looked at the car it just looked metallic grey until they moved the car out of the shade of the building then as the sun light caught it you could see a bronze tint to some panels as you walked round the car turning back to grey as you moved.

I'm guessing it must be quit rare as I've not been able to find any other cars in this colour on the internet. 2017 SVR. SVO Scafell grey Ebony interior
