2008 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Santorini Black

Melted inlet manifolds

So my 2.7 tdv6 has melted inlet manifolds thanks to its egr valves I should of blocked ages ago. How hard is it to change them? Does anyone have any second hand ones on here for sale or know if any? Thanks
