So T&S Norman were recommended by several on here and the Disco forum when I was looking for a local Indy in Somerset, based just outside Shepton Mallet.

I popped in to book the car in and have a chat about 2 weeks ago, I was met by Steve Norman who was lovely. Took the time to listen about the car I had and what it required, out conversation continued for sometime and covered lots of aspects of LR ownership. I left feeling reassured my car would be well taken care of with many many years of LR experience across the team.

So yesterday I dropped the car off, I was met by Linda who checked the car in and handed me the keys to my courtesy car, a very nice LR FL2. Arrangements were made initially for me to swap back the following day after hours, the process for this was explained to me and this wasn't a problem.

Today, my plans changed slightly so I called not long after 9am and spoke with Linda who advised the service was completed and she was just about to wash the car so I was welcome to collect at my convenience. When I arrived the car had been washed along with the mats, the service book was in the front of the car all stamped up and my service was explained along with any additional observations.

Bill paid I was on my way!

So in conclusion Steve, Linda and the team were fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to them, for any LR servicing/repairs etc.

I can only say good things about T&S.

Have had the pleasure to be one of their customers along with my brother, and we have always
been very pleased with their service, their friendly manner and good service.

Our firsts visit was due to a little bit of panic/breakdown, Steve, who was very busy,
took the time to help us, even when it meant a bit of overtime for him.

So when it was time for other jobs on the cars, it was a easy choice where to go.
I can not do anything but recommend T&S Norman in Shepton Mallet.. As a rule, I always resist temptations,
unless they are irresistible.
