She’d just got some lunch and was going to an appointment. It’s a narrow road on a left hand bend and a car was parked, but a cyclist continued around the parked car coming towards my wife. She went left to create space but the rear wheel scraped the kerb.

It’s soon time to change over the wheels for winters, so that’s a job for then.

Do you swap the wheels over yourself or take them to a dealer?

Na I do them myself. It doesn’t take long and they get the inside washed then and put in the garage for the winter.

it would be easier with one of those wheel pegs  2006 2.7 TDV6 HSE in Cairns Blue.

Going to do mine at the weekend 21in 275 45 off and 20in on 255 55. Done my wife’s mini myself the last 4 years, this is the first time on a RRS. Hope my trolly jack goes high enough!

Chipsaway sorted a similar one on mine after the main dealer scrapped it (denied as usual). Cheaper than full refurb & perfect.
Chipsaway guy near me is brilliant & has his own unit, not mobile. I think that makes a huge difference.
