I need to get a set of plates made up for my ref and trying to decide between the ‘winged’ plate or the oversized standard shape - is there anything to consider other they personal preference?

Funny when I Google searched images that ref came up on a grey RRS lol! Not sure I reckon a standard plate looks a little lost on a big back end, should also point out it’s a 5 digit plate so perhaps that might look a little odd on a large ‘winged’ plate??

RRS1 2010 model, the pic I have seen is from this site, the winged plate suits the recess -

I prefer the standard UK plate personally as there's too much yellow going on otherwise. |

Winged as it follows the contour of the recess,, although mine has softer corners compared to some pictured here 2010 RRS, TDV8
