Rear brake plate/splash guard replacement

Splash guards on my RRS 2006 have rusted so badly they start falling apart. Anyone know how hard are they to replace? Are they only held by some bolts or I need to take off brake calippers and brake discs too in the process?
It is the rear splash guards that needs to be replaced.

thanks in advance

They are bolted on but they are usually rusted so you need new screws/bolts. Now the bad bit, you need to split the bearing so you need to fit new bearings too. If you’re not in a rush, keep an eye on ebay as genuine parts can sometimes be available quite cheap. I picked up a New genuine LR rear bearing for £8 back in April and I’ll be fitting that when I do my rear brake splash shield. 2012 5.0 SC AB

just replaced mine, big job replacing bearings, epb shoes, abs sensor, and some bushes.

get normal ones and cut them where Atlantic British have.

May need to tack weld them together if you have the equipment
