Hi Aljo.

I have a 2016 Autobiography Dynamic Hybrid which has the diesel heater, but can I get this programmed so I can then turn it on and off with this remote?

According to landrover its not as easy as the old l320's where you just installed the receiver in the boot and programmed the receiver its alot more involved

If I could find out more information I would buy it right now, but landrover as usual are not really interested in helping

As far as led to believe this remote fob is for the later generation models. My13 -17
In your case it would be down to whatever was factory fitted in order for it to be enabled
And your right the dealers won’t help in telling you the easy way to do it

Do you have timed climate fitted ?

I don't have timed climate but I do have the diesel heater which comes on when its cold, but I'm sure it can be programmed for timed climate just like the old l320's !

It's just I have never been able to find out any information from Landrover or from on here about programming this. It must be able to be done I'm sure

Will try speaking with my dealer today to see what I can find out

I have a 2016 sdv8 L405 which must have every available factory option except timed climate and also has the fbh fitted
Apparently the timed climate can be enabled with iid tool but throws up a fault code even though it seems to work ok
I haven’t tried this yet
There is a lot of discussion about the fbh remote enabling on the FFRR forum but as yet no definitive answer 😂

Ahh I see so it can be enabled but with a fault code typical !! Well I spoke to my dealer today but as usual nobody rang me back !! Looks like another call tomorrow then.
Why they never fitted timed climate as standard to a Autobiography when you have the Fbh fitted I don't know !! More options to make money from as usual !!
Well hopefully I can find some more information out tomorrow
