Does anybody know if the leather door card insert where the pull handle is comes out, as the leather on mine is coming away and needs glueing

The MY10 to 13 handle is hot plastic riveted to the door card. To repair, I drilled the heads off the rivetes, pulled the handle off and then pulled the tales out of the posts on the back of the handle. I then used large but short self tapping screws (I cut long ones down) and washers to reattach to the door card. 2012 5.0 SC AB
