I agree, the proportions are definitely Discovery 5. Just speculation but perhaps they're fast tracking a facelift since it's such a sales disappointment. I've only seen 2 on the road and my area is loaded with Land Rovers. 2018 Range Rover Sport SVR – Bosphorus Grey

I have seen a D5 with the number plate in the middle and what a improvement, It looked well nice .It could have been one of the mod kits ie Hawke

Saw this a while back, and agree looks so much better

The still shot is old, that was from the original D5 testing. The video looks more like Velar size to me.
