Need some knowledgeable advice please! - main dealer no fix!

I need some help with an ongoing issue with my 2007 TDV8 and hoping someone on here can help or provide some advice on the next steps..... bought the car as a 2nd run around at the end of Jan and within a week developed this fault. Driving along without any issues then all of a sudden the hazard lights came on, the dashboard lit up and the display showed all of the following messages - park brake fault, suspension fault vehicle lean when cornering, suspension lowered, transmission fault limited gears available, hdc fault system not available, transmission fault traction reduced and the gear display showed "F"
Had the car recovered to Hardwoods in Gatwick within 2 days and twice it has been resolved and returned but as soon as driven for 20 mins the faults come back again, car returned and is still there.
Totally Censored off so visited them today to find out what the hell is going on and from what i could decipher they advise they have thus far replaced the roll bar, ABS and transfer case modules and the brake light pedal sensor, all replaced as the data was showing that communications had been "lost". Trouble is that the faults haven't cleared and only appear once the engine is warmed up.
I travelled the 70 miles to the dealership today and the technician cannot fathom why the issue persists and is going to contact JLR "technical assistance" for further advice. In his words "in over 20 years i haven't experienced this before".
My dilemma is this - as the car is under warranty I'm not having to foot any of the bills thus far ( which are in excess of £2k and rising, and when speaking to the tech today I asked whether i should bin the car and get money back, his response was that the car is "like new, underneath and inside & out, low miles and without this electrical issue would be mint"), I have the option to pull the car out of the dealers and put into a Indy that been recommended from this site, however i am concerned that they dont have the backup to resolve it either!
Anyone on here experienced the same or can offer some impartial advice on next steps? Love the car, cannot find another with the same low miles and condition however not having it for 2 months already and a dealer being stumped on the resolution is worrying!!!!
Have been given a plethora of data sheets detailing comms downloads whilst driving the car but to be honest they men nothing to me as I'm not that knowledgeable on the data side of things.

Has the battery / alternator been tested ? Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Hi,
my first thought as well Battery Rolling Eyes

take it that you did not Buy it from the main dealer Question
I would just be making sure who ever IS going to pick the tab up is happy to continue with it at the stealers and if so leave it where it is to get sorted

if it starts to get iffy who pays, the seller or warranty company, give it back and get your money back Thumbs Up Porsche Cayenne 2022
gone Porsche Cayenne 2020
gone Corris Grey HSE Dynamic 2016
gone Ipanema HSE lux 2010
gone Rimini HSE 2005

@riverblanche
No, didn't but from the main dealer who has it. The car showroom i did buy it from has a close relationship with the dealer ( they buy alot of the p/x cars) and at the moment is hasn't grumbled too much about the £ however that may change soon. They have managed to give me a full refund however with what I would lose on the p/x price plus finding another in the same condition at the ££ I paid isn't going to happen, hence my quandary.
Hopeful the main dealer will sort (eventually), however they have had it 2 months and actually only put 30hrs labour into it as they are so busy so the time factor without the car is posing an issue

I to would concur with Disco Mikey, search this forum and you will see similar threads. The only other thing to check is, if you have a sunroof, check the passenger side carpet. Not the Matt, the carpet and look for dampness. If you don’t have a sunroof, don’t look for dampness and start looking at the instrument pack. 2012 5.0 SC AB

Just to add my 10 pence into the mix,, there has been a lot of posts in the past of people fitting cheap bulbs instead of the likes of osram and this has caused all manner of issues. Could any of these have been changed prior to you taking ownership??. 2010 RRS, TDV8

Well I finally got the car back on Saturday after 16 odd weeks in the main dealer. All seems good and the car is driving very well. Had the following replaced F.O.C - anti roll bar module, transfer case module, ABS module, rear brake lines BUT none of these were actually what created the issue.
Got to hand a prize out to both DiscoMikey and Brit Plumber - Harwoods in Crawley couldn't fathom out what the issue was so had to get 2 technicians down directly from JLR Coventry who diagnosed a faulty instrument cluster. Refit and calibration of said unit and hey ho -issue gone!
Even managed to get a further 12 months full warranty (now until Jan 2021) F.O.C and a tank of gas.
Been out driving all weekend and giving the V8 the beans - loving every minute of it!
Appreciate the feedback and advice from everyone who commented - this forum is soooo helpful and my sticker will be in the rear window tomorrow
