2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Just seen the latest What Car? Mag in the newsagents - no PHEV until 2020 at the earliest, the higher rated petrol engines to get 48V mild hybrid from launch as an economy aid, said to improve mpg by 6% and no FWD or 1.5ltr 3 cylinder petrol or diesel until JLR resolves issues with vibrations............ seems odd that BMW and Ford are using fantastic 3 cylinder engines but the Ingenium cannot be got anywhere near as smooth. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 Autobiography Fuji White

Probably not everyone’s taste but I think one looking like a svr with the 3.0 Sc engine would be good Andy.

The one on the carnow link video looks a whole lot better than the stupid version with the fake bronze/copper intake fins, but that one above looks like the side light units stretch righ back to the front doors........ 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Haha - all round lights are the new black - or should that be white?

I've always had a soft spot for the Evoque but felt it should have a bit more power Robin

That stupid version with the fake copper intakes is the First Edition and I think it looks way better than the SE spec in the car wow video!

Picked up the mrs First Edition this morning. Pleasantly surprised at the changes from the previous gen car as this new one feels like a much more refined and premium product. Interior quality is right up there with other RR products now and the car also drives much nicer - feels more planted the suspension is also much better. Infotainment is the same as the MY18/19 RRS now and so is the middle speedo screen - well at least on the FE that we got. HUD is really good too.

I was unsure about the colour but went for it as it was specific to the FE and not available on the rest of the range. It's pretty similar to Byron Blue metallic but is more on the grey side and although metallic it has a matte effect to it. Has had a lot of positive comments today - had a nice long drive to Mercedes Benz World as I went to take a look at the G Wagon - that's a different story that I shall post another day Smile

Here are some pics. Not expecting too many positive comments but thought I would share anyway Thumbs Up

Thanks to Matthew and Mike at Lookers West London for looking after me once again Thumbs Up

I still think they look good and the improvements you list only enhance that. As long as it has reasonably perky performance it would go on my short list👍 Robin

Performance is adequate for the size of this car - its not quick per se but does what it says on the tin I guess!

There is a P300 2.0 300 BHP petrol available that does 0-60 in 6 seconds!
