fuel filter location.

i have a 2008 tdv8 ,where is the fuel filter located please,and do i just change it or is it self bleeding.

2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

It is under the B-Pillar on the driver's side more or less. You access it by removing the plastic cover/tray that runs between the two doors (4x 10mm bolt iirc).

Change it, turn the ignition on for 10 secs to get it primed before starting.

Its plastic, so careful not to over-tighten as it WILL break as I found out after a too exuberant mech changed mine and left me in a pile of diesel in central London one night...
