Centre interior light cluster L320 removal

I'm replacing all my interior bulbs with LED's, having trouble removing the centre interior light cluster above the dash so I can get to the bulbs. Is it a pull back and down operation to remove it? Or does the clear plastic panel come out to change the bulbs? Cheers Laurence.

The clear plastic cover comes off. 2016 Black SDV8 Autobiography
2013 Grey Black Edition SDV6 (lasted a while but gone now)
2005 Grey Supercharged Sport (gone but never forgotten)

One in the actual glovebox as well, that is a pain to change, need a couple more for rear number plate lamps as well.
