England 2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Santorini Black
Thinking of changing Sir?

I had a call today from my supplying dealer informing me that I should think about changing my current RRS before June.

The chap asked me what my plans are and I told him that I am thinking of buying something that is 5 or 6 years old and running it until battery technology has improved and a definite plan to ban diesels is announced by the government.

He sounded quite depressed by my answer and went on to tell me that several other customers had told him of similar plans. He ended by asking me if I thought my next car would be a Land Rover. When I replied “No” there was a short silence followed by “Oh”

Sad days for Land Rover.......

I think its the same all over. I had my Ferrari dealer call me to say they have a great stock of the 488 and if I would consider "moving up" to one from my 458 - he was not too happy when I told him that I think the 458 is a better car as it's naturally aspirated so not bothered in moving up to the turbo charged 488!

He then said there are deals to be had! Strange times indeed...

Did he give any particular rationale for the June date?

SVR575 I won't be surprised if that's the case come summer 2019! The 488 is a disaster!
