Continental 21 Cross Contact

What is the average mileage people get out of the R21 Cross Contacts (non-SVR drivers Laughing )? Managed to get a flat due to a screw and plugged the tyre but wondering if I should replace it or wait and replace the set as a front. Got a full size spare which made it all a bit easier. The tyre shop thought the tyre is beyond repair as it travelled flat for 300ft. Any opinions? Thanks. m

I have just put mine back on the car but I am expecting 30 to 40 thousand K's. Have 5 so far. M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW.
