Dose anyone know why when I try to check the oil level it comes up not available (see pic ) on my 2012 RRS

allow the oil to drain back down to the sump, up will get the

Ok thanks I'll try that.

Make sure you are not resting your foot on the throttle pedal slightly either or try putting your toe under it and lift the pedal very slightly when checking.
