Hi all after a very long 6hrs drive and a crap gps i used my Google maps off phone is there an update that sorts this crap out or just use a basic sat navigation

You can update yours as a 2012 model year (as mine) by usb stick. Takes 3 hours mind. I paid 95 quid for mine off fleabay, it is now completely up to date. JLR will want near £170. Cheeky Censored 's.

I wouldn't bother if I could screen mirror or android play etc, but afraid a 2012 is a bit old school for that. Even quite recent JLR product is non compatible.

Satnavishop.co.uk. Search "LAND ROVER." Gen 2.1 2018/19 variant. You will need your vin number. You can download it or they will send you a usb. Is tied to vehicle so cannot resell.
