RRS will not start

My RRS TDV6 2007 is not starting, even though I changed into a new battery today and thought this would solve the problem. It gives me the ”HDC Fault System Not Available”. The footbreak went stiff as well, sort of locking it down. Any suggestions on how to tackle this?

When you say the foot brake went stiff, did you pump the brake before it went stiff? 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

I probably did, pushing the break pedal simultaniously when turning the key to start.
