According to the workshop manual - remove the foglight then unclip the headlamp washer to allow removal  16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

I just used the covers as already said off eBay java black fits directly over the faded ones
You can remove the whole assembly by going through fog light and removing the clip that holds them in place but can be fiddy
I changed mine also when I had the bumper off but Id go for the plastic covers that are just 3m'd onto them
