Morning,
Seems the wife thought she could squeeze through a lane of traffic with an oncoming tram on the drivers side (left hand) and parked cars on the right. Our side mirror clattered in to a parked vans side mirror. Speed was approximately 25km/h.
Our side mirror looks fine - the casing but the mirror is shattered, all motorised functions still work fine, so i reckon i just need to replace the actual mirror. Should be an easy enough task?? I imagine Ebay / Duckworths would be the best bet? Cheaper for sure than buying from Finland

The van's mirror bent backwards - easily pushed back in to place and a small crack appeared on the mirror. Insurance claim beckoning.  2019 RRS P400e Autobiography

I had to replace my nearside mirror glass after reversing through too narrow a gap. The teee came off better than I did. As I recall it was a quite straightforward job. Robin
