Adding a photo

Seems i can no longer upload a chosen photo, keeps saying error any ideas? tia SVR 2018 in Santorini Black.

I've just added a pic and besides it being put upside down ...it loaded Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.
