That look's like part of an old NavTV setup to me, I think there's more chance that your so called dealer hasn't plugged something back in correctly, possibly the "MOST" cable but that's purely a guess.

To refit it just unplug the head unit, one plug on the part they removed will then plug into the head unit and the other will plug into the one you removed from the head unit.

Cheers

Yes it is, there are two plugs, I can't remember which is which but the configurations are different so will only fit in one position.

Out of curiosity, what were they doing to the car in the first place, as I'm pretty sure they would of had to remove the head unit to be able to access the plug at rear of unit to remove it. Why not ask them why they removed it and if radio and navigation was working prior to them working on the vehicle, then tell them to put it right.

Cheers

Have to admit still rather puzzled why they would feel the need to remove it, if they were only doing a service and rear bumper repair. Strange of course it is possible it's not what I think it is, just looked very similar to a navtv system component I fitted I fitted my old 09 plate sport.

quite simply I would go back to the dealer/garage (they should have all the answers) and say...What is this ? Where is it from ? and why did you take it out ? Once they answer you should be in a better place to deal with the problem of sat nav and radio. Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Well I think the first questions is:

The radio and nav were working when it came in and isn't now.

And I can't help but notice this box on the seat Confused which looks like it used to plug into the radio
