I had what sounded like the same sort of issue as you did recently, noticeable low rumbling when a little left hand turn on, at 30mph up. Almost sounded like a washing machine drum spinning down (so thump and rumble). Turned out to be a bearing and these cars are well known for eating bearings, probably a combination of vehicle weight, driver style and LR skimping on spec. Changed bearing and noise gone. Saw the old one and it was completely shot.

| shug89 Member Since: 30 Nov 2017 Location: Lancashire Posts: 7      | After having the control arm bushes replaced on mine, and a 4 wheel alignment, a new noise manifested itself when turning. A distinct clunk when turning slowly only when moving, when stationary the noise would never appear.
