It's all lies, use Only single-spec Shell M1375.4 spec which is the original ZF Lifeguard Fluid 6.

You can get a 20 litre drum for £98 delivered to you from Smith & Allan, the UK Shell official distributor. It's red not gold but it's been verified by Shell as identical in spec.
