Hi Folks I have a very strange problem with my CD Head Unit

It has not worked for almost a year than out of the blue yesterday whilst on the Isle of Wight it started working so I decided to eject all CD's, as all in there where not to my liking, but after the first CD ejected I got the same Error message and it stopped working again

Any ideas what the problem could be?
