2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

OK, so my local Pug dealer will sell an oil pump (1001G2) for £131.00. I got this part number from another post, is this the correct one? RRS 2.7 HSE Stornoway Grey

Yes, no problem with the Peugeot part. The garage that sold it to me is in same town as I live so didn't have to travel far and it seemed to fit on with no bother at all. The parts guy that served me couldn't quite believe I was about to put it onto a RRS RRS 2.7 HSE Stornoway Grey

ordered one today from Pug dealer.

They asked, is it for a LandRover ?

Apparently they sell oil pumps to LR dealers in bulk.
I didn't think LR recognized any oil pump problems and did not routinely change oil pumps.
