Whirring noise on deceleration

Hi, I've noticed some whirring noise coming from front when removing foot off gas around 7-12mph

When I accelerate there's no noise but immediately when I let go of gas approaching a speed bump I hear this noise?

I also get this while deacelarating in my 2014 rrs s/c but thought its normal as my wife's rrs s/c makes same noise.
