No, you are right, you can (at least on MY17)

I snipped the wire on my disco 3 to show the range rover sport screen but it was dim so i assumed it would already be there on my new car

Or is this a feature of only the full fat range rover

Geoffsnook, only for the Full Fat I'm afraid. Check the old thread on the Disco3 site and they have a solution for the dim screen. Perhaps an option??

Yeah thanks worked that out looks like I will be putting my D4 screen in it only prob is the out dated maps

Good stuff, I looked at using a LR4 screen but could not get hold of one with Middle East maps so kind of pointless. Ended up installing a tablet as an interim solution:


But now looking at a bigger solution
