range rover sport 2009 door card update to 2011

Hello there!I wanto to update my door card on a RRS 2009 to 2011, now i have a big problem with the switch pin, someone has changed the plug?Many thanks

2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red

On disco's they use the old switch and cut/glue plastic
