| RRSTDV8 Member Since: 12 Aug 2011 Location: Northamptonshire Posts: 9159      | As said above, the EPB operates inside the rear brake disc bell and uses good old fashioned drum / shoes. You'll struggle to clean out mud etc. without stripping it down. If you're leaving it parked on a level surface then you might be better not applying the EPB and just leaving it in park. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
