Good day all!

I was wondering if anyone can help me with a part number for the high level 3rd brake light unit for my 2010 RRS TDV8 (the facelift model)?

I've been quoted £82.50+VAT for it and I'm keen to look online but there seems to be several versions.

I've also been told that on my year, the unit is bonded in. Is tat correct?

I saw the older version for £95 on ebay.

You may think it's not too expensive, but consider this quote from Land Rover Battersea:

Part: £83 + VAT
Labour: 2 hours @ £145 ph + VAT
Total: £447.60. TO CHANGE A LIGHT!!!

I've seen a part online for £35 but I'm not sure if it's exactly the same (hence needing the part number).

I've contacted an Indy who said he's fit it for £100 + VAT.

Still seems ridiculous to change a light, but there you go.

its ridiculous because it has LED's in, which should not fail.

would be easy to fix if it wasn't a sealed unit
