Help using the iid tool

Hi everyone, bought an iid tool for my 12MY RRS.
Done a couple of things so far, enabled the timed FBH facility and enabled the towbar wiring. However, is it correct that each time the clock and the date need resetting? A bit weird? Or am I doing something wrong? Also can anyone tell me how to reset the Service required warning on the dash?

Thanks and Merry Christmas!

I've always found that I have to reset Date, time and auto close window function for some reason.
It's not bothered me as only happens if you write to the CCF file? and takes but a few minutes to sort.
Must admit I was going to look into it. Whistle John

I think service indicator is in service along with handbrake service.

Quite easy

Reset the auto close window function as well? Never checked that, will do though. Like you say, it's not a problem resetting clock, date, windows, just as long as that's all? Anyone know of any other setting that gets changed when writing to the ccf?

Thanks
