Creeking/knock noise on full lock

Took a L320 (2008) for a test drive today (on my own) and noticed that there was quite a loud creek and knock when the car was on full lock going forward and in reverse.

Is this normal? Any idea what it could be if it isnt normal?

If it has had new front lower wishbones, it's quite common for odd noises on full lock. Easily cured with a blob of grease on the steering lock stops Thumbs Up
