I can certainly recommend this key repair service.

One of the 5 fob keys for my 2012 RRS was really worn out (a bit like me!). I got it posted back in no time and it's now factory new complete with a new battery.

Fantastic service and value, many thanks to RRUK.

UPDATE:

The Post office have informed me that from now on my post will arrive at 17:30 each day due to under-staffing. This means I can no longer get the keys in the post the same day.

Christmas Post

Due to crazy Christmas post, I am now experiencing significant delays in post arriving with me, and being delivered to you.

The Post Office delivers to my house at 7pm (is this a record? Does anyone else get their post this late?) and the last official date for posting first class before Christmas is December 21st in the UK.

2017: Updated Terms of Service

Happy New Year everyone, a quick update for this service going into 2017.

Due to unforeseen external changes with Royal Mail and my local Post Offices I have to change a few things that directly impact on my service.

1. All keys will be sent out by RM 1st Class Gauranteed by 1pm, Tracked & Signed for. There is additional cost to cover but the peace of mind is worth it. The postal service is in my opinion becoming less reliable with standard post and parcels. I do not want your key to go missing.

2. I cannot gaurantee such quick turnaround times as my post is delivered so late, getting them back in the same day's post is no longer possible.

3. My local Post Offices have closed down, I now have to travel much further to get these back in the post (I fit these in around my full time job)

Therefore:

The cost of the 5 Button Key Upgrade is now £47 per key for UK addresses (please PM for International orders)

Total turnaround time is likely to be 4-5 days from you posting the key to me getting it back (if the Royal Mail adheres to their SLA's).

It is a great shame but it's either take these decisions or stop altogether.

Any International interests please get in touch with me via PM so we can arrange postal methods. It seems some carriers like to slap a hefty importation tax on deliveries.

Please note, I am away from February 2nd to the 10th 2017 and cannot do any keys during this time. I can take orders up to the end of this month and then from Feb 11th onwards.
