lol nooooo. Just one car seems to be fussy about it, when it operates. Could be down to newer or old car software.

I received mine last week and the instructions have now arrived ok too, thanks very much.
Just need to get some panel trim removal tools and I'll be set next weekend, will report how it all goes. John

I got mine from eBay - search for 'New Car Door Plastic Trim Panel Dash Installation Removal Pry Tool Kit 4pcs' £1.79 inc P&P.

Worked well for me. Needs a good tug when you first get the panel released but just shut your eyes and pull hard!!

Just finished fitting mine and all went well.
I soldered and insulated all the connections. Very straight forward and works great.

Just got time to fit my one this morning, the back tailgate cover did take some pulling to get off but it came.
Every thing else went smooth and the instructions were clear.
All works as it should - well happy with this mod.

Finally got round to doing mine today, all good and working.
Instructions are clear and concise.
No broken clips thankfully. MY13.5 Autobiography, Santorini Black, Privacy Glass. Gone
Driving a milk float for now.

Only tried on 2012 vehicles.
If your tailgate opens fully (Powered) from your key fob and fully closes by pressing a button on the edge of your tailgate, you should be good to go.
