I have standard 19" wheels on my sport thinking of changing to 20" the tyres on both sets of wheels are 255/50 will the 20" fit as I thought the tyres needed to be smaller thx pete "Remember its easier to say sorry than it is to get permission " especially off the Mrs !! |

The LR RRS 20" wheels and recommended tyre size is 275/40/20 but you can go up to 45 with no ill effects.

Yupp, the 275/45 (as opoosed to stock /40) upgrade seems to be a common consensus. I run this size for a year now and certainly can feel the difference in terms of comfort. They look better as well, IMHO.

255/50 is the equivalent of 275/45 |
