Kit arrived Yesterday.
Took less than an hour to fit and worked straight away. When tailgate is fully open a simple press on the remote or dashboard switch closes it.
A bit frightening removing the trim as there are a lot of clips (not all at the edge) and it takes quite a pull to remove it. Other than that simplicity itself thanks to clear instructions and everything needed being in the kit.

Hi guys.

Some little pointers.

The tailgate should open fully as normal first. Then click the open button and it should close.
Any issues first check the wiring connections. The cable clamps are not the best in the world for connecting wires, I normaly solder them etc but depends how good your DIY skills are.
Dont open and close more than a couple of times or the tailgate may not open, it will unlock but not open. Seems to be a RRS design to stop the tailgate over heating.
If it stops simply lift the tailgate manually, press the close button and when its closed. Lock the car and give it a minute. Then it should be back working.

Arrived yesterday and installed today.

Few pointers:

When unscrewing the handle it feels as though the bolts get tighter, keep going as they will lossen up.

Secondly as said before you need to give the panel quite a yank to get it off.

Lastly when testing make sure you plug the white connector back in otherwise the boot closes and keeps pulling tighter over and over again. If this happens jump through the back seat and plug the white Connector back in and it will stop.
