HVAC fan removal and disassembly

My HVAC fan makes funny noises when ran in low speed (slower than "3 LEDs") and, funnily enough, only if the vehicle is stationary. I decided to remove it, disassemble and (hopefully) put back together so it works silently.

What are the instructions to remove it? Please note I've got an LHD vehicle, so the fan is behind the lower glovebox on the RIGHT side of the car.
