Best start (for drag-race)

I wonder, which way is best to start off with best effectiveness. Question

I consider the fastest algorithm looks smth like this:

1) climate set to OFF
2) DSC OFF
3) gearbox in sport mode
4) left leg is holding brakes
5) right is on the accelerator and you keep engine with smth like 1500rpm
6) you simultaneously release brakes and floor down accelerator.

I do get about 7 secs 0-100 and about 14-15 secs 1/4 mile. 2014 Mercedes-Benz S500

Sand mode does give you a quicker get away, but I'm not sure that would work all the way through the gears.

I've not tried switching off ancillary equipment yet, but I find sport mode manual, 1st gear works well enough, I tend to get a slight rolling start going before I completely floor it, seems to get it quicker to the optimum torque curve. L319 D4 HSE
