I have used my phone to record video on a couple of off road days. The problem I've found is that it often focusses on the windscreen heater wires which means everything else is totally out of focus. If you can solve that - there might be setting to turn off dynamic focussing perhaps - then it should work. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

dashcam = Small and discreet and can be left in place (most are anyway)

Less than £30 for a dashcam from Ebay, hard wire it in and forget about it 07,TDV8,Black, Black Heated leather all round, Rear Entertainment with Headpones & Remote, TV, DVD, Pure Dab Digital Radio, Sidesteps, Adaptive Headlights, sunroof, now working fuel burning heater ))) |

i have a non gps version of ePrance for the rear screen, never had a issue with it |
