oil level sensor change ??

good morning friends, tomorrow im attempting to change the oil level sensor in my sump any tips would be grate fully received.

Mine recently went, lucky my car is under 3 years old so they did it under warrantee.

They told me the book out time was 10 hours..! But it took them 20

Not sure if this is dealer bull but it did sound like a big job.

I Haven't a clue on how it's done or procedure though.
