Tow bar electrics

Hi, had a quote for tow bar electrics today. 13 pin plug £354, told me three hours labour !!!
Thought you brought a kit, pulled it along the back of the bumper up through the light and connect to plugs already fitted !!!
Only bit I can't do is code the thing !!!

Hi,
thanks for the offer, but had a quote for supply and fit £178 including coding. Didn't think this was bad !!!

3 hours! I fitted mine at the weekend. As a complete newbie to the RRS it took about 1.5 hours, including 30 mins sheltering from the rain that came down half way through.

The offer at £178, if it includes genuine LR parts, is not too bad, is it a dealer or an independent?
