I had purchased five new cars off them in four years then I had a problem with my last one within two weeks of ownership the dealer was less than helpful so I returned the vehicle and moved away from the brand and on to LR! Now I want to do the same thing with LR! I don't mind spending the money I'm the first to say if it needs doing just do it no matter what it costs But I wont be blatantly ripped off!! This was nothing less than daylight robbery in my book. Obviously I can afford to buy the brand but clearly cant afford the outrageous main dealer running costs that they seem to just pluck out the sky depending on how they feel at the time! No that's it I'm moving on to another brand or just maybe buy secondhand cars now I've had enough of these robbing   | ||

   !! I have now cancelled my service with them which was booked in for March on ground that I dont trust their outrageous prices! I'm collecting the car and taking it to a independent LR garage ironically (for them) just down the road from them. I've also suggested that I've given them the opportunity to correct the problem under warranty should the other garage find fault other than tracking (which I'm sure it isn't!) I will be billing them for the work! It's so disappointing that they want to just rip us off when all we are trying to do is support the brand...... words (that I can write on here anyway) fail me!!
