Yes, only takes a few minutes. Take the 2 screws out securing the light unit, pull the light towards you, and you have full access to the bulbs. Try not to scratch your bumper when pulling the light out. Thumbs Up

My reversing bulbs are yet to be upgraded, but I have the brake/tail red ones and amber rear indicators done and they're excellent. Thumbs Up

I'm keen to avaoid cheap LEDs as they can produce radio reception and other weird issues, and don't last as long, particularly with the slightly higher than normal voltages produced by the D3/RRS. Wink Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

Mine arrived in less than 2 weeks which was pretty good IMHO.

How do I fit them to a 2012 RRS?

I also just viewed the video on rear light theft. Is that 'fix' something that many owners have done?
