questions re incontrol apps.

hello all. A bit of advice please. I'm looking to spec a new hse dynamic but a bit unsure about the remote premium in control for £650.
Q 1.. does this £650 include incontrol secure?

q 2.. will I need to purchase a sim card for the car, & if so what is the best network to use & is a pay as you talk suitable or does the app use a lot of data?

InControl has its own sim with 3 years of subscription included from new.

InControl wifi needs a data sim. I got a Giffgaff one for £5 for 500Mb per month of data no contract. Only 3G and a standard size SIM card not a micro or nano one.

The apps are crap! MY16 3.0 SDV6 Autobiography in Aleutian silver, stealth pack and toys.
